Real Estate

We are a FULL-SERVICE and INVESTOR-FRIENDLY real estate firm!

What does that mean for our clients? Superb and Thorough Comprehensive Legal Representation All in One Place!

Whether you are a traditional or private lender, buying or selling your first home or commercial property, dealing in vacant land, leasing, investing, subdividing, developing, facing foreclosure, or navigating a land use or zoning dispute, our attorneys have extensive experience successfully representing a diverse range of clients in all real estate matters. With an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate laws, our attorneys evaluate, anticipate and proactively address potential issues and resolve disputes as they arise.

Are you new to real investing or a seasoned investor looking to grow?

Don't fall prey to the “get rich quick with no money down” strategies promoted in the myriad of online seminars and infomercials out there. New York is an attorney state. That means that the preparation of deeds, mortgages, assignments, satisfactions, leases or “any other instruments affecting real estate” are acts only permitted for admitted attorneys. This is codified in the New York Judiciary Law (N.Y. Jud. Law §§ 484).

Our attorneys have access to the REI resources you need to succeed, including investor-friendly document suites, private and creative lending, entity structuring, asset protection strategies, and more! We make sure these matters are handled correctly so that your transaction closes smoothly.
